This first course will guide you through the basic configuration steps of Cienapps and will set the stage for the upcoming modules.

2. Project Management

Learn how to manage sold projects as orders and work-orders, while also getting started on macro-planning with the capacity calendar.

3. Invoicing and Accounting

Learn how to handle invoicing and track payments while setting up your accounting integration, including exporting to third-party softwares, to streamline financial operations.

4. Procurement

This module covers how to create and manage products, generating purchase orders through the just-in-time tool, and maintain full visibility on supplier performance.

5. Shipping

Get familiar with the tools for managing deliveries, preparing packing slips and labels, and ensuring your products reach customers on time.

6. Production

Understand how to schedule production efficiently using Cienapps' planning tools, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and resources.

7. Feature Grids

Learn how to build and manage feature grids to create product customization tables and set up dependencies that guide options and configurations.

8. CRM

Track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on opportunities with tools that keep your sales pipeline organized and accessible.

9. Additional Development

When specific needs can’t be met with standard features, custom modules or tailored functions can be developed within existing Cienapps modules to ensure seamless integration. This work may require additional hours or dedicated resources.

Roadmap

How does it work?

Through the Cienapps Academy, your ERP integration takes place gradually, through 14 modules made up of short, easy-to-digest capsules that let you move at your own pace and progress independently.

Each module is paired with 2 hours of personalized support.

To maximize the efficiency of your journey, we strongly recommend completing a module before taking advantage of the 2-hour session with your dedicated integrator. This valuable time allows you to validate your learning, ensure its practical application, and review your progress.
