How It Works

This module allows you to generate purchase orders directly from a work order within the Just-in-Time window, under the “To Process by Work Order” tab. You can easily view and select which products to purchase for each project, taking into account several key parameters:

• Supplier lead time configured in the product sheet

• Internal safety lead time for planning

• Work order due date

• Planned purchasing date

Once the products are selected by supplier, you can create a purchase order with just one click. The work order number is automatically linked to the purchase and tracked through Cieblink, ensuring complete visibility and traceability from order to delivery.
